This waterfront remodel is one of the most extensive remodels we've ever built--including 8,800 sf, 3 stories, 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, an elevator, wrap around porches, and the coolest ground level bonus room/garage. One of our favorite features is the hidden pantry in the kitchen, but nothing beats the big windows, natural light, and waterfront views!
